^Yeah... The halo is the ring around the projector and with most setups it should come on with your parking lights (at least for the BMWs). With aftermarket halo/projector lights you can configure it differently though. You're gonna see them at night, but by themselves they're not going to illuminate the road by any means.

the halo or angel eyes i bought fit a h7 bulb through a projector, with the ring being parker..
fuck parkers, have them hooked up to a seperate switch so u can hav both on or just the lights :D
I bought a set off of e bay and they came with that halo ring the ring i just wired with my dims when the dims are on the rings are on when the brights are on its off i think there there for looks they also had a little blue bulb drilled in on the bottom just never connected those but in the day with lights off it give the lights a blue look just cause the blue reflects there pretty nice

I run HIDs in all my truck but I get oem ones from infinitys and BMWs and stuff. They cost hundreds of dollars from the dealer but I have a hookup.... Never get a ticket and they look great. You can even put them in the halo headlights. If you need a set, or even want me to install them for you, let me know.

i have 8000k HID's, and i never got a ticket. i had a cop hassling me pretty hard one night, TRYING to find a reason to give me a ticket.
Cop: "Son are these headlights factory?"
Me: "No."
Cop: "Do you have any paperwork saying they're legal?"
Me: "Do you have any paperwork saying they're not? I read the FDOT vehicle code before I bought them, and it didn't mention anything other than minimum and maximum heights, and stated I could not have more than 6 forward facing lights."
Cop: ".....you have a good night."
