Steering wheel hub

i need a wheel hub for a billet specialties wheel anyone have any suggestions, will the lecarra hub work?

what bolt pattern is a billet specialty wheel? 9 hole or 13? a lecarra is a 9 hole so if it matches the wheel bolt pattern, then yes, it will work.
