Just checking in to see how your event went! Did you guys get a lot of toys for your local charity? We held our 2nd Annual Toy Drive on Saturday as well, and we are always looking for new ideas on how to make it bigger and better!

Hit me up in a pm, and let me know some of the details on what you guys do so we can continue to grow our event as it seems like your guy's gets bigger every year (at least from what I can tell online)!

They did great. People came from all over. We had just under a 3 hour drive but people drove 8+ hours for this. These guys are a really cool group and support everyone elses events. They had a mechanical bull, beer pong, ice louge, a live band called Pasadena from Maryland. Check them out on Myspace, real good band. $10 to get in with a toy donation, 15 otherwise, All you can eat and drink beer and soda. Everything else cost a little but still super cheap. Event t shirts were available, everone had a great time.

They had over 450 people show up. They were able to raise $ and bring in alot of toys. I grabbed this from another site:

i just want to say thank you one last time for everyone who helped out.... via donation, time, toys ect. it speaks volumes about your soul when you will make a couple hour or even a short drive every year to our event. all we want to do is raise awareness and support for people in distress. for the record we had over 450 people!!!!!!!!!! thats the most so far and what that tells us is to keep it up and make it more and more fun every year to keep the people coming. a lot of people told me 'its all love' or ' thank you ' to me and it means a lot, because it means that it means that much to you too to give. from the bottom of my heart thank you. what you guys help us do is un measerable in so many ways. for those couple fun hours we share every year help give years of comfort and relief to people who really need it.

thanks again, cliff brown (cali-style)

My advice would be to get your club out and support everyones events in the area, cruises, shows etc.. and they will repay the favor. Here are some pics from other sites.

Thanks layedoutnissan...yeah this was our 2nd Annual and it was way bigger than last year, and we are going to continue to do it. We donated to 2 charities this year that are local to my NEW home town and they help a lot of people in need. When I dropped off our toys to the charities, they couldn't stop saying thank you...That in itself will keep me pushing to make this even bigger and bigger!
