i've been thinking about getting a tri-colour l.e.d. light strip and putting it on the rear pillar of the cab, in the 1.5"-2" space between the rear window and the edge of the cab. let me know what you guys think

You can put it there if you would like, but chances are that you will get pulled over for it or not pass inspection if you live in an area with inspections. Generally equipment laws indicate that tail lights must be on the rearmost part of the vehicle.

check your local laws first other wise plan on being pulled over every day

i personally am thinking of getting the new cadillac lights...like from the cars and using those for my lights....just have to do a whole lot of body work for that hahahaha

well, me and a buddy have been tossing this idea back and forth, the l.e.d. seems like it will fit better, but we have also thought of using the 88-93 caddy lights, they are more narrow the late model ones and they might fit aswell
