1988 Mazda B2200 (LOTS OF PICS)

this is my second B i took it all apart n got rid of all the rust, stripped the factory paint to bare metal n rattlecanned it i wish i would have u used a spray gun tho. i guess thats how u learn.

$300 from a dude in seaside, OR that my brother sold his 7series BMW to. when i got it the windsheild was spidered, the clutch master/slave cylinder and clutch were shot, it had some nasty insulated rubber glued to the floor that was trapping water and was quite a mess to clean out. along with a torn up bench seat, no tach, and the driver door didnt wanna open all the time.
started by taking the bed off then taking all of body panels off and glass out and the dash out. i was going to paint the truck the color of the hood but the black came out much better.

the rear bumper is still on my truck but i redid the mounting brackets. and it saved me from a being hit from the rear a week ago, i didnt even stop lol.

SVX seats were the first thing i put in it 4 $40 off craigslist.

got the cab n 4x4 fenders($80 4 both) painted the put the dash back in with some painted peices. along with repainting the grill.

put a front bumper an valence i got with a parts truck i got 4 $100 that was near brand new. got a new windshield shortly after that.

put a GT grant in with the splines of a stock steering wheel center cut out. i didnt wanna buy an adapter.

this is how it is now but i want get a few more things in the future. as of now nissan skyline r32 seats, rewrapped door panels, door pods, and a 3 spoke GT Grant repainted to match i like how i sits closer than the other one i had on with the actual grant adapter.

its got 2" blocks in the back, and the Tbars are cranked down 4 about a 1" drop in the front as of now. i think thats as low is im going to go tho. drivetrain is my main concern. doing a carb to EFI swap soon, after the rebuilt 2.2 goes in im going to add a turbo from a 626 which is what EFI system im going to b using too. gunna run that 4 a lil bit n maybe sell it, n swap in a Kia FE3 with a turbo eventually.

I am a big fan of b series mazdas I have had 5 of them 2 juiced one bagged and 2 lowered. I miss them all my first mini was a b2000 that was dragging xmember before people were tucking 16s. But that was way back when now im on my 3rd nissan...that factory silver blue is a badass color when the truck is laid out on chrome wheels...

i like the H233B rear end tho. cant wait to get it in the Mazda. been waiting to c what its gunna b like with LSD

currently working on converting my truck from a Weber 32/36 to a multi port injection from a 626 8valve 2.0 Turbo car. or as mazda called it EGI. just gotta get all the wiring sorted out.

oh man. i love me some mazda b trucks!!! I remember my first one. Use to have that ridin around with a 4 inch drop all around and a 13B under hood! Loved the heck out of that truck till someone decided they wanted to love it more than i did.....:( freaking thieves!
