i know this is mainly a hardbody forum and all about bein slammed but i just picked up a stock 95 pathfinder xe 4x4. i just got home from pickin up some 18x9 e18 helo wheels with 285/60 tires on it for $100! my question is....if anyone would know.....will these fit a stock 4x4 pathy without scrubbing? ill get a smaller tire size if needed but if i can get away with light rubbing and use these tires up....thatd be sweet. otherwise, come monday....they'll be going on for test fitting lol
btw, the 93 kingcab is stickin around......my interior lights not workin at times are due to my headlight switch.....and i still need dash vents haha

285/60 is a big tire. 32" or so. i put a set on my xterra and had some rubbing issues, so you are definitely going to have them.

I don't think you will have a problem. Some pathys came stock with 31's. That size 18 you got is pretty close to that. The only thing with the rim's is to make sure the center bore of the rim is big enough to fit.

well generally you should stick around 31" on the stock suspension... some did have the optional 31x10.5x15 tire size from factory. these wheels are calculated at 31.5 so i dont think id have much of a problem, its just that they are a lil wider. and they came off a 06 tundra 4x4 so they are atleast a 107mm centerbore. :D ill find out monday i suppose. will post before n after pix :ninja:

Yeah the extra width might make em rub alittle when turning, especially if you have the factory fender flares, nothing a little trim or crank of the torsions couldn't fix.lol

yeah true true. i didnt have any plans to lift it but an inch or 2 is easy to do with torsions and blocks. i got all the tools and equipment to make it work either way.

well they are on. i had to trim the front flare some but im still getting some scrubbing when i turn and backup.....havent looked at it cuz i was leavin work and it was dark. thinking it might be the rear mud flap. either way, they fit. :D i think ill move down to a 265/60r18 tho when these wear out....i think they'd look better.
