im looking at getting a set from ebay US...

i think before you guys said you got given the 40cm versions. (15.7 in)

does anyone have ones with amber blinkers or clear lens with red bulb?

its illegal in australia to have any colour but orange as the blinker.

Make a stencile an paint your lights so all is legal. An you have a cool lookin set. I did some where the only thing lit up was superman emblems.

i have the all clears(not with the little red spot at the bottom) with red led bulbs and yellow blinkers. I have been rocking them for a couple of years with no legal problems.

nah you are allowed any light as long as its got a reflector, brakelights/parkers, reverse lights and a ORANGE BLINKER

im just after a nice looking set that requires the coloured bulbs where i can replace the red with an orange and be street legal

I used to have a set of clears A LONG LONG time ago I didnt like the quality and it does get really hard to see they wash out with headlights from behind really easy. I didnt like the idea of getting slammed when someone didnt see my pinkish brake lights.

egay for about 20 bucks shipped. they are getting hard to find though.
decipher,I have some pretty bright red led bulbs in mine, have had many friends behind me and they have all said they were surprised by the brightness. if the cops following me have never pulled me then it must be cool.

an orange bulb in a red casing is still red, red is the dominant color. its just an ugly faded red. sucks you guys cant have red blinkers over there.

Just rewire them and make the reverse light the blinker and vice-versa... Then put an orange bulb in what was the reverse light... Don't think u would get in trouble for a red reverse light, I've been pulled over with none and never checked it...
