I prefer 3/8 line 1/2 inch is just to fast going up and coming down..... I like to slowly decend down to earth like superman... thats just my preference...Whatever you do don't get a chrome tank.... Those things explode if they get hot enough.... You will also need compressors with a pressure switch.... I'm redoing my entire setup next week. I'm about to order parts 8 smc valves will run about $30 a piece... if you go to streetbeatcustoms.com you can pick up a dual viare 480 compressor kit for about $430 I'm sure that there are other venders on this site i didn't mean to advertise just trying to help.... Enjoy the experience..... The first time you lay your ride out for the first time is the most memorable one.....good luck....

Nah I think your on the right path man....just make sure u get good fittings....I am going to mount my valves in the bed on the tank right now everything is under the bed....just mout your stuff where its clean but accessible.....I would also run a shraderr valve On the tank just in case your compressor quits on you....

Yeah the shrader valve is a very good idea. I would also get a good quality check valve like a parker and I always ran Square D pressure switches. (I seem to always have problems with others)

Another thing to consider, you said it will be on an Altima. I had air-ride on a Honda with the compressors in the trunk. I kept burning up Viair 450's because of the heat with no ventalation. I ended up running a Chassis Tech DC 5000 (I know, I know) but it has a fan built on the end of the motor and I never had any problems after that.

cool,so check and shrader valve square D pressure switch, ill add that on,my compressor wont be used as much since its a daily drive, maybe i can get away with opening the trunk when its on,anything else.im gonna buy it all one shot,or maybe one of the members can hook me up with a used set or parts.
