hey i have a 85 single cab 720 and im wanting to put some subs in it. i was wondering if you guys with single cabs could post up some pics of sub boxes so i can get some ideas? i like the console idea and dont mind glass it just looks like a thin spot to work..im wanting two 10s but can do behind the seat if i have to..

you could do wats called a blow through and cut a hole in your cab and bed for the port to go into the cab. and make a custom rubber seal. a buddy a mine did it and its hella loud=) !

I know they are expensive but those low profile JL Audio subs pound! Just one in that truck should be enough.

I was looking at the jls and doing a glass console..gonna be funny having a $150 truck with a $400-$500 system..

4 8's across the back in a traditional pickup wedge.. that's what i'd do!!

I would stick with one 12" if you could fit it but it is personal preference. I like really deep bass over volume so one big speaker works for me over many small ones.

amazon.com search shallow sub...they have boxes and subs and box/sub combos for a decent price

I was at work today getting a 90k service on my D21, and saw something. Has anyone tryed using the factory Bose sub/amp/box combo that's under the drivers seat in a Titan or armada? There powerful little guys! I took pics if anyone wants to see.
