anyone got HID's? im thinkin of geting some but not sure where to get them or what kind? ive saw a few trucks around town with some bright @$$ blue headlights. , anyone got pics?

My truck is a little diffrent but I have 8000k HIDs and love them, anything above that is more color than light. i think the really deep blue is something like 20,000k

ive been thinking about getting some for mine also. i was reading the description of one that i saw on ebay and he said he recommended the 6000k. which is better?

around 4300K is the brightest whitest light

as the heat goes up the light output goes down. But my 8000K's are still really bright, I can see twice as far as the sealed beams.

Mine came from ebay I got the bi-xenon ones for a low/high beam.

I run 6000K on my Z71... probably run the same on my 720 later.

is the high or low beam 8000? if thats the high, how bright is the low?
