But the guy I bought them from had them on his older s-10 Will they fit?(on my hardbody?) Cause I didn't think about it until he was gone. And if they do does anyone know where I can get some u-bolts for them?

I went to my local Checker Auto and asked if they had 3" blocks. They showed me a set (I didn't check the brand or anything on the packaging beyond seeing that they were 3") and then took me over to their computer and looked up '96 Nissan. They said they didn't have any lowering items for my truck. I know there are "universal" blocks and that there are blocks of different sizes (besides amount of drop...like width). What blocks will fit my truck, or maybe a better question is what other trucks blocks will fit mine?

On the old site, there was a link to a page that showed lots of dimensions of blocks with different widths, pin sizes, pin placements, etc.
I see that with shipping, 4x4parts ends up being $58.80. Though I didn't see the price on the set at Checker, I wonder if their ability to buy in bulk saves me in shipping. Would it be worth it to shop around at other local parts stores?
