I just recently bought a 2010 frontier and have ordered the prg coilovers that allow up to 3" of drop. Now my question is i have read about people have problems with the camber when goin lower then 1". Is there anyway to fix this with out goin to a custom spindle set-up. ive tried to search a few forums but could never get a good solid answer. Any help is great!
thank you
chad

easiest way is either custom control arms. or raised upper mounts

theres not many people with lowered 05+ frontys. ive looked into all aspects of getting it done. and its jsut too damn pricey to lower them. lol. id love to lower mine id do new control arms raised about 2" and then use the stock struts and make new mounts, or get the prg coilovers. and then build a flip kit in the rear. but thats not low enough for me. lol

yea i dont wanna go nut because its only my daily. i have the prg coilovers and plan on getting a flip kit done it. but i wanna beable to take the truck to the shop with everything i need and get it back done. I agree they are pricey to lower but hen they are done right. they are sexy as hell!

PRG sells upper arms that are adjustable, talk to greg over there see if the adjust out longer than a factory arm, it doesn't need to be much but that combined with the factory camber correction bolts in the lower arms should be able to get the camber fixed. Most trucks don't come with the camber bolts installed you will have to check to see. They are kinda pricey too.

well after looking up prices for options everything to lower these trucks is expensive. I think im goin go with spindles though. will that be ok to correct the camber or do you think ill still need the upper arms from prg

Yes they are... I'm just going to follow this thread. See how it goes to lower a '10.

biokustumz knuckle will be the best way to get a 2.5" drop in the front, but you have to run a 20 or 22" wheel and you will need to pull your stock knuckles off and ship them to Hemet, CA so biokustumz can modify em and send em back. It is pricey, call them and ask for Max Fish and tell him Adam sent you. They will keep factory alignment angles and the only change to your ride will be from the lower profile tires and the lowered center of gravity. If you just do the knuckles you will not need to modify bumpstops either.

This is only for 2wd

You can modify the lower control arm bolts and get alot of camber out but it all depends on how low you plan to go
