Run drop spindles in the front, 4 inch blocks with shave/low pro bump stops all around.
Shorter shocks

what?
if you can't spend enough money for a notch and drop spindles then your ride is gonna be bouncy. that's all there is to it. lowered trucks are gonna be a little bouncy no matter what you do tho

exactly, if you think you can be low and have a great ride, then you are mistaken. if you spend money on the right parts and use some good shocks, it will be tolerable, but still gonna be bouncy

the 99-01 spindles will work for your truck. they just arent listed for your year because your truck might have abs. the spindles do not have a place for the abs sensor so if you put them on, you will lose the anti-lock function of your brakes. they will still function normally.

Well what if I just drop leafs in back with 4inch blocks and torison more and grab some drop shocks will it be less bouncy?

your bounce is in the front not the rear. so doing more torsion drop will make it bounce even more. and if you did drop leafs and 4 inch blocks that would be 7 inches of rear drop would need to be notched and will get stuck on speed bumps and railroad tracks.

The more you adjust you torsion bars the more you are going to bounce. As was said earlier even if you do it right which would be spindles in your case since you want to go cheap you could do lower control arms the truck is still going to bounce you are taking suspension travel away from the vehicle but back on the subject at hand. You can do torsion so far until your cambolts wont let you adjust anymore, so you will have tire wear with out a spindle and or control arm. it is going to be bouncy SORRY. I have 2 inch spindle drop, tightend torsion bars to almost tuck front tires. removed 1 leaf in the rear with 4 inch angled blocks and redrilled my hangers 2 1/2 inches up. Truck rides smooth until you find 1 of those roads that is on all of our dont go down that one anymore roads. It is not factory ride but it aint a Cadillac. Maybe my story here will help sorry it was so short
