79 Toyota Pickup Engine Problems

So we took of the intake manifold to replace some vacuum lines and also take out a broken bolt. Problem is it it wont start it gets fuel and it sparks but does not start. Before it started and ran but after taking off the intake manifold it wont start. Any suggestions and probable causes?

Make sure you hooked up all the wires. Even ground straps.
