I figured I'd post some pics of what I've been working on for a while. Progress is slow, but it's progress!

Bought it for $1200. It's a '91 ka 5 speed. Runs good but miles are kinda high.. I'm going to rebuild it.

Interior is decent, but its gonna get a facelift

Dismantling begins!!

Oh... and the new dash test fit...

Bed off, stripped the back end and gettin it up on jacks.

I was looking on Craigslist and found all the parts for a 5 lug swap for $65! So I was just checkin to see what the 20's would look like under the Nissan fenders.

Got it up on jacks and started cutting.

The last pic I snapped of my truck... before it hit rockers.

The dash was too wide to fit in the truck so it has to be shortened about 6 inches

Got the top half shortened. Now I have to do the bottom part next to the glove box.

Set the console in to see if it would fit... and it fit perfect! Plenty of clearance for me to shift.

I still have to cut some filler plates for the gaps up by the window then i'll start welding it together...

Like I said, progress is slow.... but as soon as I get more work done I will post pics.

Yeah it's from a 64 Impala SS. Got the complete dash, steering column and console cheap. Couldn't pass it up. Cutting it out of the car was a task, but well worth it. I'm going to finish the bd and bag it soon hopefully!

Do you know what size tires are on them 20's?

You mean the rubberbands? They are 225/30/20. I rode on them for a few months on my Mazda 6 (the DD)... dropped on Tein springs with the 20's... not the most comfortable ride but it looked good! lol
