Project In over my head

Heres a build i started at nissancustoms.com and it was put a side for a while, i let drugs get the best of me but im getting back on my feet and pulled the motor down this past weekend to rebuild. its a 383 stroker only 500 miles on it but spun a bearing. also ive had the backhalf pieces cut for sometime now plan is to try to get some of it welded up by next week. anyways im going to try to get my head back into it but heres some old pics and new pic of the motor torn down:

Thanks everyone for the support. i still have a little bumoy road ahead i have a poss. charge and a distribution charge first time getting in trouble so i hope everything works out. i pulled the cab out of the back of the garage yesterday after work and im going to try to get the back half some what together this weekend so hopefully have some updates monday

well i ran out of gas for the Tig welder so i could do the backhalf like i wanted, so i started making new rocker panels that will seat a 1/16 of an inch or so above the door so i actually lay door. i attempted to make them out of 16ga first and my brake wouldnt do it so i ended up using 18ga. and i still couldnt bend over 90deg so i have to make them in two piece (im saving for a better brake) so heres what i got so far

Looking good. And, don't worry... if you keep working on this thing and actually finish all you've started, you'll be too broke to get into any more trouble... Little update since i need a better brake i started on the backhalf and just been able to get to rails done as soon as i find a ford 8" im going to start putting everything together. the top pic is them on top of each other so there the same

the navi are actually for my DD mazda, just using the to set things up i wanna get a set of billet smoothie 18s. think i may have to settle for 17s though to keep them under the fenders.

finally have a small update having trouble getting motivated with all this overtime at work. but i get the rockers on and the bottom of them tacked on. they look wavy in the pic but i hit them with the 6 foot level and there good. also when i had the door off i took a pic with it next to a blaster, the top of the roof is 3.5 inches above the door so you have an idea of the height. im going to wait til i get alot more done for the next pics feel like im going to start cracking down on it.

frame is done got all the wheels bolted on. and threw the cab on didnt cut the firewall out so the fronts up an inch or so. bout to start on the 4 link and i got my suicide hindges in.

i actually fit in it pretty well. ive been thinking and thinking and decided to cut the roof back off and find an ext. cab and use the roof. i dont like how the roof came out since i had to stretch it but im not changing the the height at all. the beds getting cut out soon so i can get a good idea at what im looking at

when i stretched it the inside edge or support whatever you wanna call it lol has a gap and the piece i made just doesnt set well and if i get a ext. caqb i can shorten it and everything will be clean.

finally started on the 4 link. this is my first 4 link and i found out its a pain in the ass. ive done a couple hydros setups and a bag set up but always with leafs. and now i know why lol. ive just have things tacked and i have to make a bracket for the front because i didnt realize they yeah 2.5 inches wide. but let me know if you all see anything i did srong at this point though i dont have much

those lower link bars should be parallel with the ground at ride height, in the pic it looks like they are with it about layed out.

Let me lend some advice. I just built a 3 link for my 620..1st time fabbing anything that major. Ill say this measure a few times before any cuts are made & make sure your using strong enough tubing. I used 1 3/4 .120 wall DOM 7 chrome-moly. And use heim joints on the ends of the bars so youll have some adjustment so you can line up the axle.
